Jean-Baptiste Gartner is Assistant professor in Health services management and Co-director of the Center for Health Services Management Research at the Department of Management, Faculty of Business Administration, Laval University, Quebec, Canada
After working for almost twelve years in the Luxembourg health system, his research focuses on the theme of care pathways as a method of optimising the organisation of healthcare and services using a territorial approach from the perspective of systems thinking and pragmatic sociology . Member of 4 research centres, he has co-created two international communities of research involving researchers from several French-speaking countries and patient partners, one on Care Pathways and the other on Learning Health Systems (https://ssats.ca/).
